How long will it take for my products to arrive? +

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days from the time of purchase. Delivery times vary based on your location in India, but typically range from 3 to 7 business days.

How do I track my order? +

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can use the tracking number on the courier’s website to get real-time updates.

Do you ship internationally? +

Presently we are not shipping international orders.

What are the shipping charges? +

We provide free shipping of all orders within India.

What is KanitThai’s return and refund policy? +

Due to the fragile nature of our delicate handcrafted products that are prone to damage in transit, we have a no return/no exchange policy. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will be happy to assist you with a return, refund or exchange.

Are your products exactly what they look on your website? +

All our products are handmade and there may be slight variations or imperfections in each product from what is depicted on the website. Product colour may be at slight variance due to photographic lighting sources. The colours may also depend on your monitor and may vary due to diverse screen resolutions and device settings.

How do I cancel my order? +

The order can be cancelled only if it has not been processed by us. E-mail us with all details along with your order number to customerservice@kanitthai.com or call +91 9818291416. Call timings are Mondays to Saturdays 10.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m.

If I cancel my order, how will I get my refund? +

After cancellation of the order, the money will be refunded to your card/bank account within 7 to 10 working days post refund initiation. Please e-mail your bank account details for the purpose.

Will the GST amount be refunded in case I cancel my order? +

The order can be cancelled only if it has not been processed by us. If the request for cancellation of order is accepted, the entire GST amount will be refunded.

How do I get an invoice? +

Tax invoice will be sent with your package. If you want it by e-mail, please send a request to customercare@kanitthai.com with your order number.

Do I get a GST invoice? +

Yes, we provide a GST invoice is required. Email us at customercare@kanitthai.com with your Order number, Billing name, Registered address and GST number.

GST invoice can be given before the 10th of the succeeding month in which your purchase was made.

Can you hold an order and ship it later? +

Can deliveries be made at multiple addresses? +

We accept only one delivery address per order. Please place separate orders if you wish to get products delivered at different addresses.
