At KanitThai, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. Our shipping and delivery process is designed to ensure that your authentic Thai handicrafts arrive safely and promptly.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days from the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not working days. -
Shipping Methods:
We ship all our products through major logistics companies. Delivery times vary based on your location, but typically range from 3-7 business days for domestic orders. (We ship only within India.) - Shipping Charges:
We provide free shipping of all orders within India.
Packaging:
We take extra care to ensure that all products, especially fragile items, are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Domestic Delivery:
Orders within India are delivered within 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. -
International Delivery:
We are currently not offering international delivery. - Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before they return it to us. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address, including pin code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can use the tracking number on the courier’s website to get real-time updates.
Issues with Delivery:
If your order is delayed or you experience any other issues, please contact us at info@kanitthai.com.
If your order is not serviceable by delivery partners, or your delivery location is not covered by us, we would request you to provide us with an alternative shipping address which we expect to have on our delivery partner’s delivery destination list.
In case you order multiple products in the same transaction, we shall make efforts to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible.
Important Notes:
In rare cases, some items may be out of stock or on backorder, in which case, we will notify you of the expected shipping date.
