Orders are processed within 1-3 working days from the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not working days.
Shipping Methods:
We ship all our products through major logistics companies. Delivery times vary based on your location, but typically range from 3-7 business days for domestic orders. (We ship only within India.)

We provide free shipping of all orders within India.

We take extra care to ensure that all products, especially fragile items, are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

International Delivery:
We are currently not offering international delivery.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before they return it to us. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address, including pin code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can use the tracking number on the courier’s website to get real-time updates.
Issues with Delivery:

If your order is not serviceable by delivery partners, or your delivery location is not covered by us, we would request you to provide us with an alternative shipping address which we expect to have on our delivery partner’s delivery destination list.
In case you order multiple products in the same transaction, we shall make efforts to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible.

In rare cases, some items may be out of stock or on backorder, in which case, we will notify you of the expected shipping date.

Return Policy
At KanitThai, we take great care in packing and delivering our authentic Thai handicrafts. Due to the fragile nature of our delicate handcrafted products that are prone to damage in transit, we have a no return/no exchange policy. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (does not match the piece selected during your order confirmation), we will be happy to assist you with a return, refund, or exchange. Please note that all our products are handmade and there may be slight variations or imperfections in each product from what is displayed on the website. Such variations or imperfections which are natural to handmade products will not be considered as defective products and, hence, not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Before accepting the delivery, please ensure that the package has not been tampered with. If you suspect transit damage, retain the packaging and note the issue on the delivery receipt instead of signing as ‘received.’

In case of breakage or any transit damage, please send pictures and a video of the item via whatsapp to +91 9818291416 within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please note that in case of damaged items, we will require the product to be returned in its original packaging, including the wrapping, tags, barcodes, shipping label, invoice, etc. Any product that is returned without all its original packaging will not be eligible for return/refund.
We will process all the refunds after the returned goods have been received in their original packaging. Once we receive the damaged merchandise and your refund request has been validated, we will send you an e-mail authorizing a refund. Once you receive the e-mail, it will take 7 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
For paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account. The money will reflect on your card or in your bank account within 7 to 21 days from when the refund request was raised. For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, there will be no refund given as no payment was received by us.
